How Traditional Nepali Paper is Made by Hand 🇳🇵
In this video I'll show you how the traditional Nepali Paper is made. This paper is also called Lokta paper or Kagaj. It is used for government official documents and produced in a traditional artisan style way.
This video is recorded together with @yatridiary aka www.yatricave.com he's a great friend and also guide. Make sure to contact him if you're thinking about some Nepal tours.

With my KZread videos I aim to show a different perspective than what most travel vloggers would do by interacting with people and really getting the local insights of the places I visit. No matter their social background I treat everyone equal. Sometimes this results in awkard conversations but I love it!

All donations will go back to the communities during my travels, this can be through staying or eating at small businesses or even donating this money right back through one of my donations projects.

Being a South Indian, let me share some positive aspects of betel nuts. In our culture, betel nuts are often enjoyed after wedding ceremonies or gatherings, along with betel leaves and chunnambu (slaked lime). This combination is believed to aid digestion after indulging in a special meal during these functions. And also it's distinctive red colour imparts to the tongue. It's like a quirky souvenir from the experience! 😁 Moreover, in Ayurveda, betel nuts are considered beneficial for oral care. Chewing them can help maintain oral hygiene and freshen breath, and also it helps in removing excess salt from body. But yeah like any other substance, this should also be taken in moderation.
