It became possible especially due to their Work ethics, discipline, & Hardwork. If, I take my district example, it has so wide land area but built a small conjusted national airport. No creativity, no Innovations, no care for public passengers. Moreover, in my colony in a small city or town, near house-residential area, some buisness people took lands & one built a cbse school which already have so many branches in the same district & also other districts & another one building a 2 floors hotel by spending more than ₹2.5crores already. Till the night, all horns, drinking, smoking, garbage collection, etc go on.

Even my neighbour aunties throw waste on electricity poll I also loose hope because people here don't want to change themselves. That's shameful, people in India don't respect public property, they keep their houses clean but as soon as their outside they think the world is trash can. In foreign countries people know their duties and responsibilities and follow them for their country, they love their country. But here scenario is totally different. Mumbai's haphazard development into a seemingly plan-less megacity can be attributed to several factors. It's essential to recognize that Mumbai's current state, marked by slums, overcrowded transportation, and subpar infrastructure, is a stark departure from its historical standing. Until the 1960s, Mumbai was hailed as the "Queen of Cities." It had evolved from a picturesque Victorian city in the 1800s, designed with careful planning and well-connected infrastructure featuring world-class amenities. However, the city's inability to keep pace with its burgeoning population and development needs can be traced back to its growth. Despite this growth, the government failed to anticipate and plan for the city's future needs adequately. Mumbai, for a significant period, served as India's economic hub, acting as a gateway for investments, taxes, and overall economic prosperity. Now, it's heartening to note that there's a collective awareness and commitment among lawmakers to rejuvenate Mumbai. The city deserves to regain its status as the "Queen of Cities," and its resilient people stand ready to support this endeavor.

You missed out, Mumbai was a burgeoning mafia led city. You cannot think of development when you have govt colluding with gangsters and mafia. Together with incompetent administration and to be honest citizens. India May be a democracy but the citizens don't know its meaning. They are still cooped up in their identity crisis. I can go on but if you're from India you know the rest.

@@jashanvirsingh2166 At the end of the day we all want to earn money and here you get a good amount of salary... Also if you talk about work-life balance then it's better in foreign countries as compared to India... What I mean is if your working hours are 9 am to 5pm then in foreign countries you will have to stick with that and you will not work after 5 pm, which is not the case in India

@@jashanvirsingh2166 Also one more thing is if you are a recent graduate and you want to work in your core domain, you will struggle a lot in India... Big MNCs don't take a fresher if they don't have hands-on experience of 2 years and start-ups will not offer any job as they are not in a position to give you a good salary.... But in foreign countries, you will get a job easily after your graduation and even you can work in corporates while studying... Also in India, I have seen that they don't value our skills, they just see grades which is not the case outside... I have already worked in India and then went outside after seeing all these issues. If all these issues are resolved then I will be happy to work in India... Why will anyone leave their home country and go outside if they are getting a good lifestyle in their home country itself.

@@Ms07666 Even in foreign countries also you have too much tax... Just talking about Germany, if you are working as a full time employee you will have to pay 40% tax and if you are working as a student then you will have to pay 10-12% tax... All this is applicable if you are earning above 12000 euros annually.

i guess india can't make a city like tokyo osaka atleast for now because if you see the people of japan they are so nice and disciplined and rich too compare to india if we made this well planned cities the cost for living there will be also high and we all know that many people who go to cities like mumbai go for work and are extremly poor. So i guess this will be not possible atleast for upcoming 20 years.

The most important thing is education and mindset of common people! Japanese people are so well mannered and educated that they made a society like that, in India it's not much evident. The sad part is that a very huge population of our country is poor and most of them really don't want development. They prefer Rs 500 over development while giving vote.

Hello sir, You are really making good informative videos and we are following your channel also. Here in this video I got a lot of information about Tokyo. Thank you very much. Here we found 2 errors in this video, please let us correct if we are wrong... Error 1. You said that same para twice in which you are explaining about annual income of indians who works in Tokyo. Error 2. A. We live in Mumbai and as you compared our indian Road with Tokyo Road and here also we checked that there is an outer Road from Chinchoti to divert logistic traffic to Bhivandi directly. B. Also if we want travel from Mumbai to Thane there is a freeway and Eastern Express highway already available and we don't need to visit via Mira Road and all. But Rest information is incredible. All the best for your upcoming videos.

However the city is so beautiful with the mixture of historical and modern cultures, there are temples, shrines, Park for deer to roam free and amazing cityscape. It's like Delhi 30 years in future. But the living cost is not so high, anyone can live even with the most basic job.
