This is the first video I've seen of yours and it was great! I have found recently that adding a celebrity style inspiration is helpful too. I used Taylor Swift for a cropped sparkly sweater and Beyonce for a gold shiny cowgirl top. Both items sold within days. ❤

YES! I literally, just last week or so, sold a gorgeous white eyelet dress (made by a brand that was not well known) to someone for her bridal shower, and I'm pretty sure she found it by searching for "bridal shower dresses". It's worth the extra minute or two...

SO happy it's helpful! The important thing, especially while you're starting, is to do things in manageable chunks. So many people try to list everything all at once, and burn themselves out so quick. Just try to do one or two listings a day to start. I'll definitely try to do a little bit of a tour, but trying to figure out how to actually show it - my storage quarters are quite tight, so that makes things a little tricky to capture with a camera - the most important thing is to start organized - however it works in your available space - that way you won't have to GET organized.

It's a great question! I'm a bit of a trend nerd, so it's a bit of a hobby for me and I keep up on the trend forecasting world, but honestly, if you keep tabs on instagram or Tiktok, it's pretty helpful, as these "core aesthetics" tend to bubble up from there. I'll always keep mentioning them in the videos as they're starting to heat up!

Very helpful video!! More like this please - keeping track of inventory etc - more technical videos! Question - I’m very new to reselling. On eBay - when you do a search - does it pull up items with key words in the title of the item only? Or does eBay also search for keywords in the description?

I definitely have more in the works! I BELIEVE (and, to be sure, no one can know for sure aside from the few people who actually write the algorithm - the actual parameters employed in any search algorithm are considered highly proprietary and a “trade secret”), that they pull from both the title AND description, but the title words will weigh heavier than words found in the description. So to be safe, be sure you write both with intention and an eye toward those searchable terms.

Are key words pulled just from title or description? Is it better to put single statements in description?

Both! In general (across all the platforms), they'll pull from both the body and title, but usually the title words are weighted a little heavier, so be sure to have your most important words included!
