Not every embassy allows or recognize Appeal letter written by applicant especially Belgium, Denmark, Norway etc. it must be written by a registered lawyer in that country especially in the case of long stay visas

Regardless about how to prepare appeal letter. Sakin naman po Recently lang Complete na pero the results is denied. Ang Mali raw kulang financial statement may work naman ako 2 years as housemaid dito sa pinas. Wala din ako bank account. Then single raw ako at Wala pang anak.

Hi maam. I received my passport yesterday and unfortunately it was refused. I applied Denmark Schengen visa. 21 working days din ang process. I am a nurse po dito sa UAE. Yong reason ng refusal ko is reasonable doubt as to your intention to leave the territory of the member state before the expiry of your visa. Nkalagay din sa grounds for decision since I am a Filipino which belongs the main group 3- not granted visa daw if for tourism or even visiting a close or relative. Di ko masyado maintindihan if yong purpose ng travel ko which is tourism ang reason tlga. Ganunpaman strikto nga tlga cguro ang Denmark. Hindi effective sa kanila yong tourism purposes ng travel.

yes you can apply after a month... just make sure that you will be able to correct lahat ng reason why you been denied in the 1st place.

@@Olivia-ug7sc mine been rejected just because of lack of coverage area in my travel insurance!! My insurance is annual and worldwide which means doesn’t need to mention the destination!! But they rejected for it 😡

Hello Elahe, So sorry to hear this.😔 You should always check if the insurance that you avail is accredited by the Embassy. They do have a list of accredited Insurance on that. I'm hoping that you are coping up on this ❤️

Also some refusal letters like this has it's own instructions how to do an appeal pero kapag di ka nman nagmamadali this is alright lang to appeal as this would take so long. ako po nrefuse 2nd tym around box #10 po sa akin, ok nmn po papers ko kc isang kasamahan ko nbgyan nmn ng visa aq lng po hindi, same 2nd appeal refuse po, at d na aq nkrcv ng email frm embassy pra sa re appeal ulit.. ewan paano mag apply ulit po..hirap palamag apply part of EU po

Hi sis, asked lang ako mai posible bah ma refused ang visa ko or ma rejected? Kasi diko nasagot yung tawag ng german embassy para sa interview, kasi yung interview is thru call. Kasi sabi ng VFS 5 to 10 working days, noon wendsday tumawag sila 8:45am at nacheck ko yung phone ko 8:50 am yung time na yun is nasa restroom ako at yung phone ko is sa kitchen ko nilagay. documents ko, mga requirements is completo naman. Mai posibilidad bah ma refused Salamat sis.

They would usually call you to pick up your passport. If not, I know of Germany when it goes beyond 3 months, you can go for a legal action for them not acting up

Mam patulong naman po.. Narefuse ang application ko pa france,,para sa longstay visa.. Ang reason ng refusal nila is lack of informtaion or unreliable..anu po ba dapat kong gawin..salamat
