Hi, thanks for this video. I just gained an Erasmus Mundus scholarship and i submitted my documents on the 30th of July and I received a mail that my passport is ready for collection (just 6 working days). It's kinda fast and I am scared. Is this unusual?

I did my biometric on the 9 of August the copy that was given to me stated incomplete documents please what do you think that is my faith

@@arigah_sibigam you need to send an official formal letter to the embassy you applied to, to know the status of your visa application. Normally it’s 15-20 working days for you to get a response.

If you applied in Abuja then it is a known issue. I have same issue and Campus France told me the Embassy had a lot of backlogs because of Olympics applications which was prioritized. I applied since 10th of July

@WalkwithMideNancy thanks so much for the information you provide us; we really appreciate. However, I would be grateful if you kindly clarify two things for me: 1. If i am sponsoring myself and i have the money in my account, do i also need to show proof of how I came by that money? I am asking because I saw somewhere that in addition to the proof of funds, one needs to show proof of income too and the two are confusing me. 2. Secondly, if I am sponsoring myself, do i still need to show only one year proof of funds or i will need to show proof for the entire two years of my program? Your response would be much appreciated please. Thanks in advance.

1) Yes, if you’re sponsoring yourself, you’ll need to show proof- like your payslips from work, a cash gift deed from a parent or your family members, or donation from anywhere- just for thé to be sure that some didn’t just lend you the money to show. 2) because you would be given a 1-year visa regardless of the number of years of your masters, you only need to show Pof for a year.

I will encourage you to get confirmation from campus France of your country

I work with a book publishing firm but the firm is not active on CAC and they pay my salary every month with a given pay slip, won’t that affect my visa? Secondly I have a side business hustle that I run at the comfort of my home, it’s active and registered cos I sell skincare products in wholesales and retail and I have some of my business money in my account as a pof, won’t that affect my visa? Please reply

Merge everything you have together and show them during your pre visa interview at campus france, they are in the best position to advise you on that.

Your mum needs to get an affidavit or letter from court that proves this. And then she will sign your authorization.

Coucou mide. I wrote my delf exam in 2021(B2) But I don't feel too confident to choose a course in french due to low tuition. I am not a good speaker because I can't practice. Any tips or I should just pursue English courses

You could look for a course which is taught 50% in English and 50% in French. Or still you could pursue a 100% in English course Already Masters program is not easy, talk more of adding language barrier, it could affect you in a long run. But you could still give it a shot, never say never.
