ignore the bad grammar but here is my effort: James When you first kissed me, I'd never felt more alive You were perfection at the start, and perfection never dies. Everyone else fades, but you get better with time. And your kisses leave me high, like a stoner in the night I want to watch a movie with you, because your my leading man The smell of coffee in the morning, is made with your hands and salt on my lips, is salt on your skin And I dont think i'll ever be warmer again. I want to hold your hand, because it fill all the cracks And if I didnt have you, who would rub my back? And if I didnt have you, how would I be special? And your laugh is the brightest thing in my life, even the sun is dull. Every single breath that passes through your lips is my blessing every single day that passes through my life, is only important if it is spent with you. From the very first day I laid eyes on her heart pounding out of my chest When I saw you in that white dress looking to impress here I go i’ll try my best Hands shaking as I come closer staring at your beautiful silhouette Those eyes that smile a whole snack an amazing woman i’ll never forget The warmth of her hug the nervousness i felt the heat from her touch as our hands interlace Walking side by side hand in hand the feeling of complete happiness I knew I found the one I’d spend the rest of my life with in this place Closer and Closer we get as I help you grab your things still nervous I take several glances at her beautiful soul An overwhelming amount of joy who knew I’d find someone with such a heart of gold making her my wife someday now that’s my goal I pack her things and soon after I pull out a ring and make her a promise i’ll never forget To love her for all that she is through the rough after all not every ship is perfect A perfect kiss from her perfect lips ensues thinking to myself about the first time we met you think she'll like this one?

My Angel is an English major. I have no experience writing poems, and I actually can't tell a good poem from a bad poem. I want to impress him with a love poem on our next anniversary. I thank you for your advise.

I just mashed four Queen songs together (this is the first time I did something like this) & added, took out, &/or replaced parts. The songs if anyone's curious: Too Much Love Will Kill You. Love Of My Life. I Was Born To Love You. You Take My Breath Away. It turned out good. If anyone tries this method tell me how it works.

I once saved your life, but you've saved mine more times than you know. I would give anything to just grow old with you. I need you. I'm so lost without you. The only way I can sleep anymore, is if I'm holding your trench coat close to me. It still smells like you. I miss the warmth the spread through my body every time you touched me. You and I, Constantly in shock that we are so close now. You and I, we remember never getting along. You and I, just begin getting along somehow You and I, can finally realize when we’re in the wrong (me specifically) I was never the brightest child, I must admit, But you, Mom. You tried your absolute best to hand me the world While little Anna did not attempt in the slightest bit. Later on in my teenage years, the way i acted made me wanna hurl I realized, Mom isn't the enemy I realized, I was foolish to think she was All Mom wanted was some damn serenity And a lot of the damage I realized, I caused. “I love you” three words I heard from your tongue I never believed. I thought I was born against you It was simply just my mindset when I was young But guess what mom? I love you too. A mom isn't just someone who pushed you from their womb A mom is normally your number 1 fan A mom who will support you no matters who’s in the room Someone who will do everything in their power to make their child a wonderful Man or Woman A mom like you is not only that for me though You’re also my best friend Not only because your like my only friend you know With you now i know, there's no need to pretend You taught me the best lessons in life For starters you taught me love, respect, and i'm still learning honesty And you taught me it's okay whether you want a husband or wife You taught me the amazing concept of equality, You are always honest with your opinions, And I have no reason to doubt anything you do for me. For if it was, mine would be named jake, and to him i seemed quite a bother My fathers name is Michael, Mike for short, and with his love, he lets it flood Mike stood up to be the dad he knew for a fact he didn't have to be He didn’t even hesitate to step up and be a dad for us And when anyone says he's an amazing man, we all can agree We all appreciate him for putting up with the fuss. I remember when i was just a little girl, Moving in with Mike, as he and my mother reconnected. He welcomed us in and gave us the world He never made any one of us feel the littlest amount of neglected He didn't see any one of us as a burden He showed us love and compassion And made sure a hopeful future for us would be more than certain A world without my father is rather difficult to imagine My Fathers an amazing fighter For what he wants, what he desires For example, he was a marine and is a wonderful writer I look up to him alot, i'm one of his admirers He loves to help people, and he succeeds He’s never hesitated to help me when he's able too or when i need it He's a wonderful man, and a wonderful father, That is guaranteed But he also knows how to put himself first, so his success never quits Me and my father didn’t instantly connect. Ok so I finished my poem. It went well with her, but that could jus be because she has to like it..lol Ehh here it is... Title Ive loved you since Since my hometown with wind in your hair You looked so beautiful that i had to tell you When I said this I swear ive never ment it more If you remember it was cold that day But you warmed me to the core Ive loved you since our first kiss When I let you kiss me:) And forever will past last night When you said youd miss me Im drawn to you by your overall beauty For your thoughtfulness is a true treasure Id jump off a cliff or out of a plane with you Or just sit on the couch and watch movies Id love to just hang with you Kaitlin your my everything you hold me together Another reason I'll love you for always ... and forever♥
