Not really... There are jyotishis from vaishnav parampara who knows core principles, secrets and their teaching is beyond imagination. I've seen Deepanshu's lectures some of his teaching are against rishi parasara's teachings (like how can ketu be an atamkaraka🤦) and his remedies are based on a islamic astrologer umi(laal kotab) while in Indian vedic traditions we always follow remedies from puranas and vedas(sanatana). So I beg to differ he's more of a mercurian astrologer rather than a jyotish.

This discussion is really good and not all the people will get the right kind of astrological advice. This is because of the difference in profficiency and the correctness in the prediction which mattets as a guide. Hete also Grsce plays a big role. Grace is the guiding factor. Gaurang Das Swamy is a fully sculptef idol. Every thing comes from him with a source code. A bullet shot to every question and it freezes there.

Fantastic video !!! It is like this: each jivatma has an account in Karma Bank owned by God. All sins committed by us are withdrawals made by us reducing our bank balance and all punyas increase our bank balance. If we want to know our account balance we will see our passbook or ask the bank teller about our balance. So an astrologer is a teller or passbook who tells us our current bank balance in our Karma Bank account. We can then decide on withdrawals (commit sins) or deposits (do punyas) thereby effecting our existing balance by performing fresh karmas in this life. As per Shastras, including Gita, a person’s life span, earnings etc are destined and predicting that destiny is astrology. These destiny comes from karma accumulations from previous births. By free will one can consciously accumulate desired karmas that can be realized in future life. That is spiritual and beyond the realms of astrology.

What a delightful comment by a monk 😂 Jyotishes are the life coach and monks are coaches for dealing with the afterlife. So the whole of Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Brahmasutras are texts to navigate the afterlife situation, while some jyotish can guide us in this life. On one hand, I expect a total surrender to Krishna or realizing Brahman as the ultimate truth, understanding that the world is an appearance, a mithya. On the other hand, I may also seek guidance from my jyotish to predict the future. It may seem contradictory, as on one side, I devote myself to the feet of the Lord, considering Him my master, and on the other, I seek an expert's guidance for a favorable outcome. Does that mean I lack trust in my surrender or faith in my bhakti?

Mostly People .... Understand jyotish or astrology as being Finite or single directional..... Whereas jyotish gives us .... A combination of possibilities..... There is free will ....as well as there are certain things which are ... firm .... Not in a negative way ....but in a way ...which helps us evolve !!! So .... Looking at astrology as just few tricks is not the whole story.... Its very deep. Given the fact ...that our ancient Sages ... spoke and taught it ... Its a roadmap we can use ....for soul evolution !!!!

U should use jyotish in only spiritual development of soul. One should see his own flaws weakness and work on it. If you are using jyotish for materialistic goals earthly desires predictions then its not the right way coz u r playing with karma. Yes it can be used for healing or knowing ur strength and weakness ur inner qualities which can make u decide ur career path. There is a reason why u r born with certain placements, signs because God want to nuture ur soul by making you go through that karma, no upaye will help in this case, only ur spiritual transformation is needed towards the perticular house or bhave or sign of concern. Like u r a student, God will give u some test, u need to go through some sufferings and failure, in order to become the person u r destined to be eg -if u r an egoic person proud of ur knowledge, then God will do something in order to cut down ur ego, if u r a cheater in relationships than God will do something in order to make you realise the value of true people in ur life. Yes these karma can be from past life too which u pay in this life. One should go through these phases and transform oneself to be ones better version. Astrology wont cut ur karma if u dont transform spiritually. Yes it can make u aware of ur karma. No one can cheat God and escape from God. No karm kand will do it. U need to go through this journey which is destined by God.

Gauranga Prabhu got confused with Shadanga of vedas nd 6 schools of thought known as Darshana Shastras. Shiksha,Vyakarna ,Chandas,Nirukta ,Kalpa nd Jyotishya are the Shadangas. These 6 limbs are used to understand the Samhita as well as Brahmanas. 6 darshanas are Sankhya ,Mimamsa ,Uttara Mimamsa,Yoga,Nyaya,Vaisheshika. All the above 6 schools hold vedas as the ultimate reality. But their approach nd interpretations vary. Jyotishya which is a shadanga of Vedas is Astronomy nt astrology . That is the Mathematical aspect of Astrology not the predictive part. Astronomy was the fundamental basis of Karma Kaanda.Right from construction of the kunda to the muhurtas were determined by astronomical positioning. So Jyotishya is called as the Chakshus I.e the Vision of the Vedas. Ayurveda is an UpaVeda not an Anga

Everything is karmic ...even your relationship with parents, jo bhi aapke close hai vo past se aarhe hai...if you don't trust in astrology..go for past life regression...vo toh aap khudse hi dekhoge sab ...Rahi baat jyotish ki...if you kya problem hai then waha react ki jagah try other steps...how can you deal with that situation. And consultation lena ho then go for lagan , d60 and d9 ...this will provide you crisp knowledge. Majorly astrologer prefer lagan chart
