I'm an amateur here so can you show one of these in action? I'd love to see a more in depth video on these things because I have no idea what they're used for really, even after watching the whole video

When your roping animals you need a way to stop your rope from sliding out of your hands, most cowboys dally (pretty much wrapping the rope around the horn of your saddle) the friction from the rubber stops the rope from sliding off the horn and gives you a little more mechanical advantage over the animal your roping. hope that helps a little ol son
