I gotta say after trying the fortress quickwraps, winning pads, all manner of handwraps, this method is by far my favorite. Just need to take a few extra minutes out ofjthe previous class to wrap up. Nothing compares to this method. A+ on the tutorial!!

Hi, I’ve been looking for some new boxing gloves and had a look at a few of your reviews on your channel and two in particular Would you rather get the Geezers Elite Pro Spar Gloves or the Fighting Fury Professional Training Gloves?

I made diy knuckle guards with an old sock folded it and wrapped it in medical tape then used cloth boxing wraps

Really clean wrap job bud , like really fucking clean ..you make that fat knuckle pad and use enough left over that when you tuck it up it makes a fat grip bar for you too. Beautiful job bud!

Hey Carlo, you should see how jermell Charlo and errol spence wrap their hands. Their coach uses some weird duct tape and sponge as a base layer than wraps it with tape.

Bud spend the 25$ dollars more and get the elites from dicks for 50$ bucks or even just the venom contenders the 2.0’s I use to rock back in the day from Walmart when I was in a pinch they were only 40$ I think ? Just don’t spar with em till you break em down on the bag first cuz they are rocks I caught my boy cold with em 20 seconds into sparring (im not bragging i felt embarrassed because it’s such a clown ass amature thing to do when you’re sparring ) just threw a swaggered Let me get myself flowing here n let my depth perception register the range I’m throwing at while I’m on the outside 1-2 that he ate mostly with his guard / forehead n it still put him out n it’s cuz the gloves where rocks at first n I literally had just put em on and did t know that so just a little heads up with the venoms bud. But don’t get the defy’s unless you just hit a bag once in a blue moon

Looks like the best way to wrap your hands im not knocking it looks really comfortable probably is to handle Manny pacquio power but shit im on a budget cant afford to buy new hand wrap 2x a day for 5 days

Just to ammend my previous comment: This is the only way I wrap hands for BOXING. I do not reccomend it for an environment where you switch Fromm BJJ to boxing or something like that. I never had enough time, but you might lol.

You hands wrap can be use only for training, double layer not allowed on professional boxing,you can put how much gas you like but on top of that tape.you done tape gas and tape

Standard gauze are small rectangles/ square of cotton gauze. Gauze wrap is a rolled up piece of gauze that is longer.

Under the NSAC Rules of Unarmed Combat (NRUC 2.030) as well as the USA Boxing National Rule Book (Rule 38.3 1A) this wrap is illegal. I don’t recommend anyone wrapping their hands this way, for professional or amateur combat. Not unless you are only using the method displayed in the video to hit bags or mitts. Consequences from using the method shown in this video may range from being forced to re-wrap your hands before a fight or being DQ’d if improper hand wrap is found after. The reason: The tape must be placed 3/4ths of an inch away from the knuckles when the hand is clenched into a fist. Tape cannot be placed on top of the knuckles. Once the tape is placed on the knuckle, they no longer consider it to be a hand wrap but a cast.
