Thanks for satisfying my curiosity! In an episode of "Dark Winds" the character Emma Leaphorn (Deanna Allison) wore similar moccasins and I couldn't figure out how everything fit together. Thank you for sharing your great culture and traditions.

Only women wear the wrap moccasins. Men wear the moccasins without the wraps or the red part of the continues up.
