Yes but they dont offer any puncture protection, if a strand of copper poked through you would get a belt

Not bad, but you'd better put on insulating gloves and long sleeve coverall.

things arent always that simple in other countries. especially develeping ones. so they work WITH what they got, cuz they have to work FOR what they got. Shit this is nothing for Southeast Asia. A breaker to them is some kid with 2 pairs of rubber gloves holding a COKE can between live wires....

yeah.. turning off the breaker was the best thing to do... but there is some instances that you need to do this "live permormance" and be prepared when you experience that situation.. same as life... some people exercise, eat healthy foods, make healthy living just to make sure "THEY ARE FAR AWAY FROM DEATH" like breakers to make you safe... but some of them got CANCER. inspite of all they have done... and that's why "WE NEED TO BE PREPARED AND HAVE SOME SKILL TO FIGHT THE EVERYDAY SITUATIONS OF OUR LIVES..

Medyo delikado talaga ang mga ordinary stanley pliers.hindi masyadong safe ang insulation ng pliers.kung susuriin mong mabuti ay yong daliri mo sa bandang loob ng hawakan ng pliers ay pwedeng makadikit sa metal ng pliers.mas safe ang mga insulation ng tolsen brand at total brand na pliers.yong mga stanley fatmax naman ay mas safe na rin ang mga insulation ng pliers.kaso sobrang mahal

Pag line to neutral isa lang.ang hot pwede mo syang hawakan ang live =hot bsta hndi ka connected sa.ground much better kung ikaw ay naka safety shoes static proof ang line to line nmn parehong hot pwedebmopa din hawakan ang alin man s isa dyan ng live bsta hndi ka connected s ground ..

In residential U.S. electrical work, red and black are both hot. This would have to be in a junction box, so you could not do it like this.
