Hey Gretta, do you use Notion for your agency or is that a different software? Thanks for all of your helpful videos!

What i still dont understand with micro and macro influencers is how to get a proper roi, if i break down the numbers with lets say 3% engagement then 2%ctr and then 3% conversion i am always getting out 2-3 sales which is not that much. Hard to find any best practices or cases that prove me otherwise. probably my calculation is wrong but maybe someone here can enlighten me about that a bit :)

Do you only have 2 accounts? One for list building and one for messaging which is your main brand account? I have one business account and a few messaging accounts not registered as a business account. I never msg from my main account as Instagram loves to block with too much engagement.

Decide if the collaboration makes sense for you, financially! If it doesn't, then try and push for a product swap. It might not be a good fit!

so if is not a free gift if is payment how do you pay them ? whats the beat way to not get scammed.

Hi Gretta. How would you do this for a more expensive product? Our cost of goods is around $50 USD so sending the product out to many micro influencers will cost a lot. Would you go for less, and bigger, influencers or still recommend micro influencers? Thanks

Nano Influencers can be the Best Idea in this Situation. As Nano Influencers tend not to Charge that much Amount as compared to Micro-Influencers or Mid Tier Influencers, and as you mentioned, sending a $50 USD product to each Influencer doesn't seem feasible. So Targeting the Relevant Micro-Influencers can be quite a good idea to go with. If you want any help feel free to ask.

Out of interest did the ads eventually work ?

I've been trying to find this answer to a related question, but no one is replying. The question is, how much commission to give influencers for getting a sale. Put another way, should I give anyone who wants to be an affiliate for my brand a 10% or 15% commission? What is standard, or what is a fair percentage of the sale? I see most brands give 10% affiliate commission. Thanks for the video and I will enroll in Start to Scale; I heard it's an awesome training series...

It depends on your product price as well. If you want to go for an Affiliate program then (A Commission + Free product) I'll recommend. If your product cost isn't that much high. Other than that a Fixed Fee can also be one of the option to go with. If you want any help. Feel free to discuss with me

The problem i have is that i don't know how to communicate with them , how to negotiate , how to keep up with them ..

Idk how to do all this outreach with Instagrams new algorithm. I keep getting blocked just for liking and commenting a few times and only a few messages a day. I have been in a round a bout for months keep getting blocked. Even downloaded a VPN and still couldnt msg on Instagram

Instagram has these rules in place to avoid spam/bot activity, so on one hand, it should protect your account from too many spam interactions! For now, keep searching and try and use the spreadsheet linked above to start mapping out your plan, and then message in batches when you can! :)

If you're working with influencers, a quick way to find one is to use collab tools such as the one in *phlanx*

Hi thanks for the advice. What I'm really struggling with at the moment is getting a decent response rate from influencers for my sunglasses brand @simmitreesunnies. Have you got any tips on how to improve this response rate? Do you think it may have something to do with the fact that we have 600 or so followers at the moment?
