I'm starting Dremel for crib boards in the near future and I'm so excited! Your videos are going to be a world of help for my carves in the middle of my boards! Quick question, is the thick burr with the terrific angle come with the Dremel stylo that you attached above?

Good afternoon sir, I thank you so much for your wander full teaching I am learning from you my GOD bless you.
Thank you for your time and work and details, these are great projects for not only young whipper snappers but us old retired grumpy old men. Please don't ever stop sharing your creations, GOD bless you and family.
Hey, Just wanted to thank you for this video. I tried carving with hand tools for awhile and switched to power tools for several reasons. I have watched other power carver videos; most of those you just watch them as they carve and hope you can pick up what they are doing. So, I really love that you tell us step by step what burs you use and how to hold them and what you are doing step by step. I really was hoping to find tutorials on doing the 3-D layered carvings I've seen done by hand carvers applied to power carving. and this video is really what I needed. Keep up the great work! Thanks

I picked up our carving about a year ago and I’m just a natural at it if you get a chance check out the Calla lily I just curved on my channel super amateur videos though they’re just for my memories
Yours are the only video's I routinely watch several times. Please keep making them. Ever since I discovered your channel (about the same time I finished my shop) as an intermediate woodworker and carpenter, I find the embellishment of a decent carving to really put my simple pieces over the top. Thank you... It's been like a gift. I do need to practice, of course, But thanks Matt!!!
Great video,! What I love is the fact that you embrace your mistakes and run with it. Thanks, I’m looking forward to watching more.
Thanks so much for the pro tips. Ive had all the tools but had no idea what i was doing. You make it very understandable.

Watched this for the first time and have to say it was a great tutorial as are all your other videos I have watched are Finally plucked up the courage to have a go myself as I have only just purchased a dremel
Thank you for this video. I have watched many other power carvin videos; most of those you just watch them as they carve and hope you can pick up what they are doing and very few are doing 3D relief carving . So, I really love that you tell us step by step what bits you use and how to hold them and what you are doing step by step. I really was hoping to find tutorials on doing the 3D layered carvings I've seen this done by hand carving tools and carvers but ever applied to power carving. and this video is really what I needed. I learned a lot. Please make more videos like this. Thanks

Your work is great!! I am just starting out and have watched multiple wood craving videos, your's is by far the best one on the internet. Thank your for showing me the right way to do thinks.
I literally bought my Dremal about 2 days ago. Tried to carve my 1st spoon today, didn't turn out great but it was fun and very relaxing.
This is by far the best video you've made so far. Thank you so much for the useful info. I mostly use a router for carving. I wish you would introduce a router in your works. The main challenge is to know where to deepen and the angles. Thanks again for getting me started on 3 dimensional carving.
Thank you. Very inspired. Started carving.

I have learned so much from your tutorials and apply EVERYTHING in my carvings. Normally, I work with mixed mediums but with a load of good sized juniper logs I was gifted, I'll be doing more carving for sure. Waiting for my Dremel bits to arrive to do the finer work you teach so well. Thank you. Love your latitude for making mistakes, as this makes me less nervous.

I don't do wood carving but is curious about it, but do you find that using hand chisels, is a better approach for creating organic relief?

@@CorneliusCreations I do think it might be faster, no need for electric cord, edges will be cleaner. from what I hear, you don't need a set, just a good 1/2" chisel and a couple sharpening stone. You need to try it and tell us about it! I demand it. LOL. Thanks for listening to me rant. Love you work.

I liked this video a lot. I just got a Dremel 4000 with a flexshaft for Christmas and have been watching all sorts of videos on KZread and have "caught" quite a few of your helpful tips. Thanks for making and sharing your videos they really help. I did have a question though. I looked in the description below the video and the Dust Collector that you are using isn't the one that comes up when you follow the link. I was wondering if they are no longer making them or do I need to order straight from the Company? Thanks again!
@CorneliusCreations
3 жыл бұрын
Hey Cory! I am happy to hear about your new Dremel! The dust collector is usually sold out. I would look at the website and try to order directly from there.
Классно получилось 👍
Loved the tutorial but sorry have to correct you on the pronunciation of the Jacobean stain, it's pronounced Jack Oh Bee An. Do you have tips on using a dremel to produce a fluting effect on knife handles?
@CorneliusCreations
6 ай бұрын
Thank you for the kind words! You are totally fine my friend, I had quite a few people say something haha 😄. I honestly would use a round chainsaw file to do that. 1) Mark the twisting lines with a pencil. 2) Put the handle in a vise. 3) Use the round chainsaw file in smooth strokes into the handle.
Sir iam from India ....me and my father coconutshell tea cup designers ...which rotary best for coconut shell work sir ...please tell me sir
