How to Wipe Out Bad Bacteria in the Stomach

Understanding How to Wipe Out Bad Bacteria in the Stomach can be important if you’re dealing with any type of digestive symptoms.. If you’re dealing with indigestion, bloated stomach, and other symptoms of poor digestion, you may be dealing with bacteria in the stomach that should not be there. It’s also important to understand the wide variety of digestive trouble and health problems that can be caused by bad bacteria in the stomach and even bad bacteria in the small intestine, or SIBO. Especially if you’re dealing with an h. Pylori diagnosis or a possible h. Pylori infection.
Instead of searching for a h. Pylori diet, h. Pylori treatments, h. Pylori remedies, or other bacterial infection treatments, you first need to understand what causes bad bacteria to set up in the stomach in the first place. You can’t know how to treat a stomach infection or SIBO unless you can figure out the underlying cause for your bacteria in the stomach or SIBO. If you’re searching for how to cure bacteria in the stomach or SIBO naturally, you need to learn to work with your body, instead of against it to bring about long-term SIBO or bacterial infection relief.

    @debbiec6216 listen then carefully. Celery juice was working but then eventually it didn't. But I have found now something that's working quite well now. Acid reflux is coming because of bad bacteria growth in your small intestine. What I did was I took ginger and artichoke extract and I daily take that to increase bowel movement. Then I also tried now mastic gum to kill of bad bacteria that is already present in stomach because that's where this acid is coming from. It's not stomach acidbits the bacteria own acid. And u also have to check whether your bile flow is properly working as well. Thin out your bile as well. This all is working now and my acid reflux is almost gone. I even ate Bread and choclates , dairy and I had no acid reflux. And oh yes I am also using betaine hcl when I eat a protein rich meal etc. So far this protocol is working so yes there u go.

    Malnutrition. We're all poising ourselves with food that isn't food. Nearly all plant seeds are toxic. The other side of the coin is what we should eat but aren't eating/drinking (enough). Fermented food, fish, organ meat. One main issue is iodine deficiency, that's necessary for stomach acid, but few people get 1mg-3mg/day and combined with eating poisonous things like grains, beans, nuts etc. that puts an extra drain on iodine. Same with selenium, copper, zinc. Same story with Vit D: not enough intake, extra drain due to poisonous food. The list goes on.

    I'm just putting this out there and I'm interested to hear everyone's opinion. I heard on another channel not to use apple cider vinegar and HCL tablets if you have an h pylori infection. You need to first heal the infection first. If you don't, it can cause the h pylori to burrow deeper into your stomach mucus because they are trying to avoid the acid. Which will make them harder to eradicate. Sounds logical to me. I currently have an h pylori infection I believe, so I'm going to try to eradicate that first before supplementing with apple cider vinegar and HCL tablets. If anyone has dealt with an age glory infection If anyone has dealt with an h pylori infection naturally, please let me know, thanks!

    Hi TC Hale, thank you for this video and the ones on low stomach acid. I have severe weight loss in last 3 years despite eating well, caused by awful Drs prescribing PPIs for acid reflux which I took on & off in 2017-19. Seen many practitioners to improve diet, treat methane SIBO, leaky gut, pathogens etc. However bad bacteria in the stomach could be a big problem, never heard of this before, also as I had h pylori in 2015. I do get green poop sometimes, have unusual low side blood pressure, slow motility, constipation, dont have the acid reflux, pulse is 63 but haven't exercised as normal for 2 years due to being thin so appears I'm more catabolic. When I tried betaine hcl 2 years ago, 1 cap would cause pain & some reflux. More recently nothing even when I take 5 caps so could be the bad bugs alkalizing the stomach all the time, as you explain. Taking Vit C but looks like will need D Limonene. That also can help with bile flow/gallstones so could be very beneficial, I've found I do have some stones from doing Moritz liver flushes even though nothing in scans!

    Have you seen people able to get off of HcL after the body extracts enough nutrients and minerals it needs to produce its own stomach acid. Or maybe some ppl need to supplement for life 2) do you have a perspective on how probiotics help stomach acid. Is it possible that the probiotics are “setting up house” in the stomach and reducing the impact of alkalizing bacteria? To me, probiotics would be exerting actions in the intestine (I’m thinking large) so I don’t see how they help stomach acid 3)if pepsin helps break down protein I don’t see how too much of it can be problematic but I’ll review your course in case you touch on that

  • @KickItNaturally

    @KickItNaturally

    HI @Harrison Obiorah 1. Yes, I see people remove their need for HCL all the time. It can take some people a long time, but that is more rare. We use a digestive enzyme called Digesti-zyme that contains the cofactors the body needs to make more of it's own HCL, and that seems to reduce how long people need to use HCL in a lot of cases. You can find that here: www.naturalreference.com/product 2. So interesting that you asked this. I've never gotten this question before and I got it twice this week. I've added to a list of questions I'm answering in a viewer's questions video and that will be out next week so stay tuned. 3. Pepsin can be helpful, but most people need to work up to a dose of 5 HCL per meal, and that much pepsin will often create discomfort. That's why we avoid it. Let us know how it goes with the course.

    What do you do if you have acid reflux and take omazaprole but also have an overgrowth?

    Hey @Chad Engel, This video explaining reflux is a good place to start: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jHiIt9SSd7nbZ7Q.html You likely have reflux because of the overgrowth and turning off stomach acid is a great way to invite more bacteria in. So you definitely want to do the work to fix that. And if you're on a PPI, odds go way up that you're not digesting food well enough to pull the minerals out of those foods, and that is the 2nd most common cause for anxiety that I see. So that could be another piece of your puzzle. I would definitely go throgh that free digestion course so you can put your whole puzzle together. It will walk you through that process. You have some work to do, but you can fix these things.

    Yeah, turning off stomach acid certainly makes things worse in the long wrong. But I've also heard from clients who were able to follow the steps in our free digestion course and fix the reflux while still taking the PPI, and then work with their doctor to remove it. Just because the PPI doesnt' neutralize HCL if a person is supplementing with it. THe PPI just turns off the body's ability to make it's own.

    42 year old female here. I have acid reflux. Tested negative for h pylori and sibo. Betain hcl really gives me horrible nausea. I get bloating after food. Do you know why betain hcl would make me vomit?

    Hoping to find a loophole, I've certainly got low stomach acid and SIBO due to months of taking strong acid blockers 5 years ago (needlessly, it turns out). I recently did a GI Map test and found my levels of bad bacteria are quite high. But I've also got persistant ulcers in my stomach, so I find taking Betaine HCL just ends up hurting a lot.

    I heard raw organic cabbage juice (best to do it yourself using a juicer or at least a high grade mixer) is extremely effective against ulcers and or/inflammation in the gut. May be worth looking into. Simply organic cabbage and make juice of it once a day for 2 weeks or so

    Also, HCL should not be taken if we have a highly inflamed gut. So that need to be adressed first
