Rag has a bunch of battle experience with a bow and arrow, armors are not invisible scince the joints and similar parts cant be fully covered, he definelly hit a vital spot, considering his target was standing still like a dumbass also helps lmfao

you actually CAN cover all the joints and make sure the visor's too small for most arrowheads. king henry viii had armor like that, which should tell you why most other people couldn't afford it

Considering there's the double headed one in the gauntlet and whatever the Gull Bros are in Termina (plus O'saa iirc encountered one in his backstory so that might be a third) this could be how they reproduce if the ones beyond the original dont manifest out of the darkness or smth

Late reply, but if you use the soul stone on him, it will give a lesser soul like usual, but with unique dialogue. "The soul stone changed it's appearance. The stone is radiating a faint blue light now and it's also clearly heavier." Using it on normal enemies will usually just not include the fact that it is clearly heavier. So yeah, most likely another crow mauler in the making.

Im pretty sure there is a bug where if you save him then walk to certian tiles diagonal from where he was, a invisible version will attack you allowing you to get both the ring of wraiths from buckman and get the gaunt armor from killing him.

It's true, it happened to me in a run without gaunt/pennance Armor due to a personal challenge and walking randomly I was attacked by a second gaunt knight

Speaking of Ragnvaldr I’ve always wished that his skills had different really cool effects so they’d actually be useful. Being the canonical God of Ultra Violence you would think that this warrior of Oldegard, a kingdom that “breeds the finest warrior men and women”, would have his skills be more useful. Personally, I think his skills all more so should have been based around increasing damage like bloodlust but even better, making him an absolute monster in battles… and I also wish he brought more arrows with him on his journey to get revenge on his worst enemy in the dungeons of goddamn funger 😅

Also, I’m not saying he’s necessarily weak in battle but he does of course lack skills like Leg Sweep, En garde, and fast attack. This essentially means Ragnnvaldr is just a plain character with slightly higher base damage. Yes he’s stronger with better equipment but the same goes for all the other characters so wtf 😂

i'm necessarily saying he's weak in battle his best skill has 2 uses in the whole game, his second best skill is a sidegrade to pheromones compared to enki who can spend 30 mind to gain 2 turns, d'arce who can spend 1 turn to get double turns for the rest of combat, and cahara who can gain infinite turns, rag's just awful. since 90% of the game's targets have 20 to 50 hp and die to an unarmed punch, getting extra damage doesn't help compared to more turns, so even if bloodlust came with literally 0 downsides AND didn't consume your turn it would still be useless outside of boss battles

@@julioelganador With en garde you can force your enemy to skip their turn which lets you attack run away en garde again until they die to the infinite loop.

what is the other moment were Rag skilltree is the best again? also lads make sure to fight the knight and use steal, it can either drop the fast attack skroll or 30 coins(make sure to have less tham 70 coins cause the wallet cap in rpg maker of FaH is 99)
