Not only did you take (what I’m assuming) a several hour project and edit it down to almost 11 1/2 minutes, there is all the prep you put into learning how to do this. Each prototype taking several hours. You must have so much patience and determination. Thank you for all your hard work sir!

Awesome!!! Never thought of carving a folding spoon before, but I do have 2 folding spoons that came with an insulated thermos for food that folds to the side instead of folding over. I think they are good good bushcraft items for storage, "the thermos" as well as the spoon to eat with. I understand that you can't cook in an insulated thermos or boil water but it will keep food hot at the end of the day. I used them for work during lunch break. Keep up the good work and God bless.

HellO Felix! A peculier world. I started a folding fork yesterday with my SAK and a small chisel. It actually pivots into a wooden handle. Not assemled yet but your video has bumped me onward to finish. I’m happy with the fork but the handle and pivoting, not so much. Perhaps by this afternoon. This morning I turned on YT and was shocked to see your folding spoon video. 7.5-billion humans and I wonder how many awoke to whittle folding eating utensils yesterday. I enjoy your channel. If you have to modify your knife to do it you could do what I did. I bolted a teaspoon to my Leatherman Skeletool. It sits nicely out of the way on the side of the knife and unfolds and was very useful in a workplace where teaspoons all went missing! I just shortened the handle, drilled a hole in it and used a longer bolt in the handle.

Clever idea and great execution! I think if I were to do some sort of collapsible spoon I think I'd go with tenon and socket design, but then I'd have two pieces to keep track of. Not even sure of how I'd pull that off unless I used a piece of bamboo or elderberry for the socket/handle. I have a folding titanium spoon, but in truth I don't care for it much. It seems to want to fold up when it isn't desired.

Great execution, interesting idea. I cannot think of any reason why you would ever need a folding spoon. Random musing 🤔 maybe a handle with hole drilled in Center into which you could insert spoon head with “dowel” to insert into the handle, drill bit holder (tapered dowel that grips drill bit tighter as it is pushed into handle) (or any other tool, saw blade slot opposite end of handle?) On side note using a round piece of steel heated up, it will burn a very good hole.

Keep up the good work. Adios!

Another great video…… Other collapsable spoon ideas could be …. - mortise and tenon - rope hinge - single rope flail spoon - sideways pivot hinge

I like it,too!👍

How about to make a head part of a spoon/ fork or a knife and then attach it to Swiss army knife? Thanks for all your videos, they are very inspiring :)
