Whine is Caribbean not only Jamaican. The Congolese hip movements are called the ndombolo.

And she started by whining her hips slow and smooth and then, she started doing it fast she whined her hips as fast as she could that one of her legs and feet wiggled they should've said slow down Jamaican woman, don't whine your hips too fast. And when she looked down at her legs and feet, she noticed that they were wobbling like WOBBLE WOBBLE WOBBLE WOBBLE WOBBLE but she did not care.

I guess am the worst student here
