Nailed it jeff Modest size (34-38mm), steel case, leather strap, simple design like full arabic numerals I like a cream or white dial for an everyday timekeeper, that old school style

2:39 It's generally accepted that the leather color in shoes, belt, and watch's wrist band should match or create a harmonious contrast (then, brown shoes with black wrist band is a no go). While it's possible to pull out a 1-watch collection, it usually requires more than 1 wrist band (leather for the formal occasions, metal bracelet or nylon NATO seatbelt when it's hot out there or there's water involved, etc.).

Hey Jeff super fan of yours, i have around 25 watches ranging from from $100.00 to $25.00 from 38 mm to 50mm many leather strap but do have some with rubber and metal strap. So love how you accessorize one watch with under four different all fits. Can you make a video on alfit for the heavier gents out here. Salute you brother and keep making great content.

Wow u really like watches.. Thats pretty cool.. im no expert, but when it comes to watches always less is more. A watch should really just be an extension of your outfit. The goal is to enhance your outfit rather than stand apart from it. So i think regardless of your size, u have to find a comfort fit thats proportion. The average size wrist range between, 38mm to 46mm usually larger then that is usually reserved for rakish or flashy outfits in my personal opinion. However u stated u have watches that range between 38mm and 50mm, therefore ur wrist is in proportion for a regular wearing watch. I think the key is make sure your watch fits comfortably,doesn't dangle up and down the wrist and doesn't over compliment ur outfit. However im sure the style O.G can demonstrate and answer i u better😉

We were thinking along the same lines. I was thinking of a black faced Seiko sarb, or a Tissot T109, with a nice leather strap.

Tissot is the best bang for the buck of any watch brand I know of.

Hey, Jeff, another dope video. I have had those DLT 99 dollar dress shoes from Amazon for a month and a half or so and just wanted to update you on how they're doing and they are definitely the best shoes under 100 dollars, hands down. They don't quite hit the worthiness of a 200 dollar shoe, but definitely worth a look.

When I first started dressing up for work my uncle gave me one of his watches . It was a Timex with a brown leather band, I bought black, burgundy and a stainless steel bands .I still wear it a couple of times a month! 💪👍❤

Style O.G. you are talking my language here. I purchased Galaxy watch last October which had ended up replacing the 4 watches I rotated before. (The technology in the watch does all) My secret is to purchase 1-2 inexpensive bands every month and there are tons of free watch faces being offered online every week. One to fit every occasion, mood, event and personality... You get the idea...

I was about to cry because it looked like you were about to endorse a Daniel Wellington, MVMT, or similar junk chinese made watch. Instead, those Dane watches are actually fairly nice for quartz watches (if it's going to be quartz, at least use a Swiss movement; and they did). What do you think watches on bracelets? I can just never get on board with assuming a watch with a bracelet cannot be dressy. If I was going to wear only one watch, to make life easy, it would be something slim, black minimalist face, on a steel bracelet. I've always thought such a watch looks good with pretty much anything, except perhaps super casual looks. And really, if your budget is very low, for super casual, just buy a Timex weekender, a pack of nato straps, and be done. Owning that and then a nicer watch for everything else, you're probably better off. And maybe out an extra $50.
