    This is life changing advise. When i say my skin improved DRAMATICALLY with washing it for 60 sec im not lying. My complexion, less oily, brighter. For the first time in my life my face actually fells clean after washing. I'm still guilty of the rinsing with cold water though, i really thought i was doing it right, i guess not 😒.

    1- Water temperature- Lukewarm water always 2- Double cleanse if you use Sunscreen- First use an cleansing oil/balm (normal skin) or cleansing water/cream (for dry skin/ with breakouts). Second, use cleansing foam/pounder (ph level matters). 3-Wash for 1 minute per session maximum, but keep it in the 40 to 60 seconds range so that it cleanses truly well. So also not less then 40 seconds. 4- Wash twice a day, morning and evening. Not more, not less. Unless you have irritation and lots of acne. Focus on hydration in the morning and cleanse at night. 5- Don’t use cleansing devices, they have lost of bacteria. 6- Choose the right products for your skin type and situation.

    Wow amazing, thank you for this! If you would allow me to amend slightly 2 - cleansing water/cream at the first stage is only for oily/combo skin. 4 - Wash twice a day no matter what skin type or condition. If you wash more than twice, it may dehydrate your skin. Other than just these, everything else was a top notch summary thank you! You're a star ⭐

    You have very beautiful skin. I'll definitely be trying what you do. This may be an odd question but running water for 2 minutes seems incredibly wasteful, I'm wondering about using a washing bowl. Did the dermatologists say anything about if it would be counter productive to be splashing the same water over your skin that's already been on your face? Thank you for all translating all this information to us. I plan to check out more videos on your channel.

  • @wanderingcelle

    @wanderingcelle

    Жыл бұрын

    @@Joliepinkyswear1 You don't want to reuse the water that's rinsed off your face as it's dirty. You aren't running water for 2 min as when you are cleansing your face, you should have the water off. You only turn the water on to help foam up the cleanser. In terms of rinsing off, if you do not want to run the water for 40-60s you can put the water in a bowl. However, you collect from the bowl and let it drip into the sink not back into the bowl. I find that I prefer to wash my face in the shower cause you are supposed to take lukewarm showers for your skin anyway. I always make a mess when I try to just wash my face at the sink so I'd rather just make washing my face the last step in my shower routine.

    Hi Anita! Thank you for your questions. As mentioned in the video if you have a sensitive skin, go for the mild low ph level cleanser, if not higher level cleanser is ok as it will help to cleanse out everything well. I remember that all the skin specialists including the ones I’ve mentioned in the video did not recommend to use exfoliating products much as our dead skins are on our face to protect our skin. But I need to exfoliate every now and again (maybe same as you?) so I do use a really mild one about once a week. I’m not too sure about the mild peeling enzyme product so can’t really answer to this specifically I’m afraid. I’m now curious though so will look into it. Hope my answer has helped a bit darling! My best results came from using olive oil to cleanse. Coconut oil clogged my pores, whereas olive oil got rid of the permanent blackheads! It did eventually stop my skin producing enough sebum though. Now my skin has gone back to normal production, im going to use jojoba oil. It is apparently the closest to sebum, but more expensive than the other 2 oils. I got chemical sensitivity in my 30s, thus limited in what i can use. I also think not wearing makeup has kept my skin from ageing at its previous rate. Increased eating of healthy fats n corresponding less carbs n cooking from scratch has also improved my skin

    @@oneeyebeauty my skin tends to fluctuate and can be dry, but mainly falls under combo to oily. It was definitely 100% oily in my 20s thus far, the experience has been like using the olive oil was for the 1st 2-3months, although it is easier to wash off than olive oil. I only did coconut oil for a few weeks max, so maybe that too wouldve stopped my natural sebum production given time. Jojoba oil feels thinner when washing it off and my skin is less 'tacky' once my face is dry, yet still soft and pliable, although not as much as when my face hasnt been cleaned That said, i live in a hard water area, so that maybe a factor. I also have argan oil to trial, if jojoba isnt enough, but thus far, things are looking good

    Hiya, in my opinion, to minimize the number of times of washing your face, I would cleanse after the workout. SPF should be applied all the time in daylight so if you're working out during the daytime, wear SPF and after you finish your workout and wash your face, apply basic skin care products and apply sunscreen if it's still daytime. Hope I explained this well.

    You can get a half cup of rice wash it first then put in a container with water. Let it sit for 30 min. Then with a strainer transfer to another container without the rice. Put the water on your face and neck and let it sit for about 15 min. Then you rinse it off and moisturize. You can put the rest in the refrigerator and it last for a week so your able to do it everyday. Hope that helps.

  • @oneeyebeauty

    @oneeyebeauty

    Жыл бұрын

    Hi Chris! I think you misunderstood me a little here. Basically, if you have a normal skin type with no skin troubles, you can use a HIGHER ph level cleansers meaning more alkaline (not acidic) like soap. But if this makes your skin feel too tight or dry, switch to LOWER ph level cleansers that will be more moisturising for your skin. Basically higher PH level will remove everything like sebum and impurities really well but it may make irritate or dehydrate your skin (depending on the skin type). If that’s your case then its better to go with more hydrating cleansers with lower ph level. Sorry if I didn’t explain very well to confuse you. Hope my explanation has helped :) Really appreciate you not just wondering and passing by, but leaving a comment 🙂 Hope to see you again!
