I dont dare to use high pressure on my car. I am afraid all the duct tape will blow off, causing the car to fall apart.

What an absolutely mesmerising experience at NVN London where I just had my car washed. True professionals with extreme passion for their craft oozing from every pore. The customer experience is something I hope all of you have a chance to experience. Afer (sp?), Marek and Joe were legends and so welcoming - all of them spending a considerable amount of time with me when they didn’t have to - consummate professionals. I was highly impressed with Afer’s transparency and honesty (let alone the outstanding quality of his team’s quality of work) . The attention to detail was unreal and that is coming from someone who is both OCD and a perfectionist. What a refreshing experience. Also worth mentioning I spent close to 2 hours in the waiting area - and what a nice place to be....

Great video, James! I appreciate the fact that this series is being positioned as a teaching tool for us to apply at home, and not just an infomercial about why we all need to use the services at NVN London (although I'm certain we all would, if we could). The facility looks incredible, but seems a bit hazardous walking around on tile with all that soapy water... Are there non-slip mats or something around that we might have just not seen in a video?

@mrjww great breakdown of the washing stage. As a pro detailer I actually learned my steps from watching @pauldalton from @miracledetail videos many years ago. It was like watching one of his videos which are great. So good work. look forward to watching the next videos. I would add snow foaming the car when claying as it gives a safer amount of lubricity between the clay bar and lacquer and adds the cleaning agent once again for that final deep clean step. Just a little encouragement to your already great process.

Fascinating stuff James, thanks for sharing this. Any thoughts on some of the comments concerning not having your glass screens higher to protect cars in other stages of PPF processes?
