Iv had my synthetic dreads in my hair for a while washing is so simple I wash my hair like I would if they weren’t in I jst focus more on my scalp I use to use that massager but I personally jst like using my fingers and lift the dreads and get in the lines then rinse 🤷🏼‍♀️ and the best part is they dry fast and if any fall out you can simply braid it back in👌

Omg yes I needed this. Also I use the same shampoo brand. I was in Walmart today I was like do I need a new shampoo? Noooo I don't because I like the soap bar better. But seriously need one of those things, but Im only doing the half look I love it I do but I really want to do a full a head. But at the same time I want to wait until I have enough money for some new dreads. Have any recommendation? I mean the dreads I have I got from Etsy I love them not bad.

Yes but if it’s not real silver or gold they’ll discolour quite fast. I’ve also had a situation where I found green residue underneath metal beads that I’d had in for 3 months and left un during multiple washes and swimming. In short, yes but not recommended :)

@@beautiful_love_420_xo7 they're not gonna. It was always a joke when we were kids my friend Shanee's rubber band popped and hit me in the face one SEVERAL occasions lmfao its amazing I still have both my eyes. Nothing more dangerous than a head full of rubber bands on a hot summer day. 💣 🤣 ive tried both rubber and the more plastic feel bands. I use embroidery thread or you can buy hair floss its like fishing line for hair. Or you could use actual fishing line or jewelry stuff yhsts what I do. You have to tie down each and every band. You can colored stuff and use it decorate them or invisible stuff

I had my real hair dreadlocked and dreaded extensions into them. I had them for about a year, when I removed them/brushed them out they were full of build up from shampoo. They stunk like musty shampoo and I was experiencing scalp issues like pimples and pain. How come this happened. I thought I was rinsing really well.. I only used a clarifying shampoo for build up once every 2 weeks and I did apple cider vinegar rinses

I’ve had my hair loc’d for almost 3 yrs now. You’re washing too much. Try once a month. You can rinse with plain water anytime you want. Use Dollilocks brand loc bar soap. Do NOT rub the bar on your head/locs. Lather on your hands & run your sudsy hands thru your scalp & locs. Rinse very well.

@@umm9423 RACISM MEANING: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular racial or ethnic group. You are not superior to anyone because you are a 'black person' by saying you are upset because a women has a hairstyle that you think should be restricted to only one community group (which it is not) is racist.
