Well sweat is gonna produce oils but it is not bad, as long as you don’t develop dandruff than it’s ok 😊 just make sure to wash hair very well

Omg thank you for this, I workout alot! My training is intense HIIT cardio and I lift weights so I can sweat alot, I always wash my hair after and it causes so much damage and breakage my hair has been so dry :(:I'm slowly trying to fix it

Thanks for this video dear. Because I too sweat a lot and my hairs are literally sweating 😓. But this toner , I checked on Amazon ndia, it's too costly. Can I buy from a different brand where the price is bit lesser compared to this one. And I personally don't use or have a blow drier. Can I dry my hairs under a ceiling fan .Please reply dear. 😘

Hey love ❤️ I think the reason behind is when you use shampoo with sulfates so diluted with water might cut in half the striping effect but not sure if that’s actually gonna work or could end up messing up the quality of the shampoo that’s why I think finding sulfate free is better. Hugs ❤️

it’s best to treat it ASAP- clarifying wash to remove the protein, and keep your hair moisturized so it won’t break as easily. don’t use products with protein until your hair is fully cured.

Honestly, it's all nice advise but to me it seems a lot of work and very time consuming. If I have to do this every time after a workout I would rather just wash my hair with a mild baby shampoo and not worry.
