DN10 ball valve attached to mosmatic swivel, it will change your pressure washing life. If you run a female coupler out the end of it you can lay chem with a nice foam with the right surfactant. You can switch for gun to surface cleaner without having to turn you machine off and let pressure out.

I used Olympic deck wash and rinsed it after 10 min. What did I do wrong? Have I ruined my deck? I've seen a few posts about this product but no fixes. Anyone have any ideas?

For anyone out there trying to get good advice This is not how you professionally clean a deck. In very severe cases it's okay to clean a deck with bleach using no more then 4% bleach. Using bleach will clean it but will cause the deck to look dry and old because what you are doing is changing the PH balance in the wood. oxalic acid is fine to use as a deck brightener with proper protection. For whatever reason you use bleach make sure to hydrate the wood before hand and after very well. The best way to clean wood is to hydrate the wood then apply sodium percarbonate or Oxi Clean with down stream or x jet then pressure wash/rinse with a 40 degree tip. No mater what you do after almost a year of direct sunlight on wood un protected there will be dead wood fibers and possibly mold, mildew, algae and dirt. Wood is the most difficult to clean that i have seen so far don't half fast wood cleaning for a customer when you are getting payed to do so. If you intend on using bleach always let the costumer know the result of using it will cause it to age faster and dry out and age the wood. Don't be lazy, you should always get at least 3 opinions on anything. Extra Tip: When applying bleach remember to rinse any organic growth that you don't want to die like plants/flowers and wood before and after. I am NOT disregarding everything displayed on this channel I'm just explaining that cleaning wood is a love hate relationship nobody likes it. Keep in mind all decks are not 100% wood this information only applys to 100% wood decks/fence. Thanks

@@chuckhorner469 you can order a 11.0 white tip nozzle I believe. You could also get meg nozzle and put it in the holder.

How long did it take you to do that job? How much did you charge?

With decks you should charge $100 an hour depends on all of yur other costs. if solo it depends on how much you value yur time. Always price with comfort because anything can happen.
