That isometric squat with stretching the hip flexors is genuinely amazing 👍
But it's a static stretch😢
@@iggswanna1248 aren't isometric stretches a subset of static stretches
its not in any way a hip flexor stretch, more of an adductor stretch
@@stefanwilliams7 I always thought adductors were part of those

Agreed, only other one I like to throw in are the side to side leg swings across the front of your body
Facts shoulda included those I do them all the time
I just wanted to start my journey to be a better man so I am starting to do workouts so thanks so much 😀 wish me luck guys

Awesome video bro
Btw the squat doesn’t stretch the hip flexors. The bottom portion of a squat is when the hip flexors are most contracted (the opposite of stretched)
Was going to say the same thing. Name me 3 hip flexors boss
Besides the leg kicks, the other movements seems like static movements to me! can you please explain?
How does pushing the legs out stretch the hip Flexors? Aren't they stretching the adductors?
maybe ballistic movements are not the best option as a first exercise, specially if you haven't done anything before
But what weight % should I use if I wanna do 1 warm up set before working set?
Thanks 🙏
You’re welcome!💪🏾🙌🏾
I love me some swings
Isn't the squat stretch a static stretch,though?
Isn't the squat stretch you did a type of static stretch for your hips/groin? Not hating just generally curious.
It is, this guy just played himself
Some knee warm up would be good though
„In essence”
Bruh says,"don't do static stretches". He then proceeds to go down in a static squat. Lmfao
Thought the same things, those quad stretch hold... Heel kicks are actually ankle to butt without the holds
it only impacts your performance of you hold it for a while, doing it for like 10 - 30 seconds is fine

you say static is bad, the second thing you do is a static. nice

Where’s the warmup
I just walk
No quads or calves, huh. Bummer
This guy has little idea what he’s talking about. 😂
