Double the distance? It doesn’t look like that to me From what point of reference to where I understand your not supposed to be measuring but for illustration it would be great The stun reference for shortening the angle was a good piece of information

You could also just estimate half the distance from Object Ball to Cue Ball (middle point between the two balls) noting that halfway point on the rail and shoot the CB to that point. NOTICE in the video that when his CB hits the rail it is near the halfway point between OB and CB.

How do you come up with the spot to shoot at though? 🤦🏻

From the double the distance point, outside the table to the white ball you put your cue and where the cue passes the rail is the aiming point. They should have done that on the video.

I don't know who is who but the guy in the beginning that stated that diamond systems are TOO complicated just lost my respect. Any coach that promotes FEAR-Based thinking or neglecting the fact that discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm should NOT be coaching any players nor representing a leader in the billiard community(Predator Cues).

He coached the European Mosconi team for a number of their winning years and later he coached the USA team and won a few with them too. Not sure what you mean with fear based but most professionals use this specific kicking system over the diamond counting system.

If you have a look at "MOST UNBELIEVABLE RUN OUT EVER?!! 8 Ball Pool By Chris Melling!", Probably the most watched pool video on KZread, you can see Chris checking if he could kick the ball in the middle pocket using this kicking technique.

Or maybe pick Efren Reyes' brain?😄

Visualization is INCORRECT! Once again, it shows mirroring off edge of table. That is not correct. The mirror is off point of contact (at the rail) not as this video shows. Why do I see this all the time?
