When I first used ZOOM I had the screen boxes correct, since then, I'm getting 2 boxes about 1/2 inch square set one on top of another and although I can get one of them screen size, the other disappears. How do I get them half the screen side by side? I have PRO since I am a therapist.

Hi Ray, Glad you liked the video. I use a software called ScreenFlow on Mac that does this. If you’re on Windows you can use Camtasia. This allows you to record your screen and zoom in and out to highlight specific areas, just like I’ve done 😃

Hi there . Thanks for the great introduction. I am a total ZOOM beginner who wants to organise a ZOOM chat with 2 other friends next week . But I'm still confused about when you would choose SCHEDULE OR HOST a meeting or are they both the same thing? Should I use SCHEDULE A MEETING to organise it ahead of the date and HOST A MEETING if it is for now? Not sure ! Can you please explain the difference?

Thanks for the great video.. I just downloaded the free zoom feature for my church. Although as I schedule a meeting I don't get the option to use phone or computer audio. I know some generate call numbers with passcode to call in on. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

A an older adult and trying to learn something new, the volume of the music is way too high. It over rides some of the verbal instruction. Please tone it down. I will need to watch this several times unless I can find a video that goes at a slower pace. Between trying to absorb a new technique and the music, I feel tense!

"Older" applies here, too. (1) You can regulate the playback speed. Click the little "gear" icon on the "bar" at the lower right portion of the screen. That is your settings, and you can regulate playback speed. (2) Pause the video occasionally to take notes or get your breath. I do that all the time. (3) Another thing I do is fast-forward over the first 30 seconds of most KZread videos, because most people pack the first seconds full of louds, objectionable music and meaningless graphic's.

If one of the others is presenting, then let them present. They will have Share Screen options. You can also set them as Admins so they can see questions just like you. Mostly, normal settings will work fine for you.

Great video. I can slow the video down in settings but why cant you go slower ? Also you do not need any music. Why do you even put it on? It takes away from the video production quality.

David, interesting what you explain eg sign in open account join meeting AFTER downloading Zoom, but at 2:35 AFTER already having downloaded you get the question "if you havent download click here" HOw did you get to thhat position if yoy havent already downloaded!?

Can you send a layout on all steps i can follow it's my first time setting up a meeting.

Having issue with bluetooth headphones (using for meetings at home that need to be confidential or just to not disturb family in other rooms)...when i share a video (share sound and optimized for video all turned on), everyone else can hear the video but I cannot hear the video thru my bluetooth headphones. If i am not using the headphones and sound is directly thru my computer speaker, i can hear the video. Is there a workaround setting to make the sound work for a shared video thru my bluetooth headphones?

This is great but the music was very distracting it would be better quiet demonstration but that’s just my opinion thank you

If you have saved to Zoom website, it’ll send you a link to the recording. If saved to your computer, once the video is rendered, the folder will pop up with the video in it
