Yes you can control all roles and permissions.

Hi Stewart, great video. In leads I created 2 custom fields related to a leads job description. When I convert a lead it doesn't show these 2 fields under the new contact. Is there a way to bring them in to contacts as the 2 fields will be relevant throughout the contacts relationship with me? Thanks.

Do you mean the process (moving deals through your sales pipeline) or labelling them as customers?

@@StewartGauld No, in paid plan, in place of accounts there is a 'customer' option. I'm not able to figure out how to convert contacts to customers

it doesnt support notifications on web form leads for free accounts, not usefull. the leads will sit in the crm forever before being responded to

You can actually set this up with free third-party tools if you just want to stick to the free plan but need premium features like this.

so i guess zoho updated their website so there is no longer a button for free you have click the trial then once it ends and you don't want to upgrade they downgrade your capabilities. Not a fan of that as i almost clicked the button to start this zoho

Hey! They do still have a free plan. It's just not as clear as they are pushing their premium offers.

There is no R in data (annoying UK bloke here). Just having a giraffe (that is cockney slang for laugh). Please don't ask me to explain cockney, as this is now a complicated message that's going to require a lie-down.
