Swing flag and Poi and The large silk flag. Wow I learned so much today. I have visited churches where they use the flags with their praise dances. It just adds such a beautiful element to worship.Thank you for sharing.

SO I am a dancer (Monica) and I occasionally dance on our channel. I have never used flags and absolutely loved this!! When you mentioned muscle memory it made me think of doing something repetitive which could really benefit meditation on a verse or song. I dance a lot in my quiet times :) Thanks for sharing!

Very informative The Poi’s are new to me love the video 💜💜

So, I learned about poi and the flow arts before all this and didnt even know children of God were using them for worship until today at a worship concert and I remember seeing natives using hoops and flags too and when you said let the Lord lead you into if you should even worship with flow toys, I got goose bumps! So I'm gonna be making a pair of swing flags in the near future! Thank you for popping up in my recommended!!!

As soon as I told my 11yo daughter about flag worship she lit up and said she wants to do it but hasn’t even seen flag worship before so I believe that’s something God put in her heart. How do I get her started? I don’t know much about it but I would love to start worshiping this way at home with her and my other two daughters who are toddlers.

I'm still learning how to twirl a flag that is on flexi rods. I keep practicing your technique by starting with my right hand on top and then the left hand. It just seems like the move isn't coming out right.
