How to use Wevac Vacuum Storage Bags with the included electric pump?
Flick the silicone cap.
Attach the pump to the valve.
Switch on.
Hold the pump still till you think the bag is tightly vacuumed.
Put back the valve cap.
Done!

If the silicon is gone, then it cannot be fixed. If you have it, you can put it back.
