Hi Josh! Helpful video except it does not work for me. I have plywood in the machine. I click New Project, the screen shows my plywood. I select AI and did the same search, "puppy wearing a hat", selected the middle server as you did, click generate and the hourglass thingy appears for about one second and goes away. Nothing is generated. I've done this over and over, restarting the program several times. Any ideas?

That server may be down. Try one of the other servers/styles to see if it works. Hopefully they will update the software some more too in the future it seems to be hit or miss at times.

@@FreshStartCustoms My rep replied to my question. She said AI is a premium feature. Maybe the newest MakeIt! update did away with it being free. She did give me a code so I can demonstrate it for my review. Haven't tried that, yet.

What's the maintenance going to be like?

I really don’t think there will be that much. I’m sure the fan on the laser head and exhaust fan will get dirty eventually but with the air assist it seems to stay pretty clean for the most part so far.
My Wecreat says Member only when I go to 'generate' how do I become a member? I have signed into the program?

You might have to contact support to get it activated
How would you take that square ai image and make it round to laser a coaster?

Either add a circle cut over top and let the excess be wasted or erase using the image editor or using another program with more features

@FreshStartCustoms thanks for the reply. Can't bring the ai file into corel draw. Hopefully they will add a mask function soon.

I believe I did a video on the original software it came out with but I haven’t made a new updated version yet
