I can see this being particularly useful on high interior glass, or in hard to reach situations where the windows are set back over furniture or shelving. For the first clean id use applicator and squeegee but then for quarterly or more frequent maintenance cleans, something like this would be good with pure water.

I purchased this 2 years ago and used it 3 or 4 times and never had it out since ,maybe it works ok in a office environment where the windows are constantly being cleaned but other than that the results are awful, nothing beats a squeegee and mop for insides if you want a decent finish

Honestly really great to hear all points. This video is just a tutorial for those that want to use it.

Thanks to Trad Girl for this look at the Unger Stingray. I liked the absence of dripping. Overall though, the Unger Stingray looked slower and less effective than an applicator and squeegee.

Yeah it has its place. Another tool in the tool box 😊

Mix purified water with some isopropyl alcohol for a better clean. I wish they had different micro fiber cloths. I may have to sew some up myself.

Great video guys. What solution is Carly using here please? I have the original stingray that comes with the little pouches of cleaning liquid. I like the way the triangle head rocks/rotates and it's ok with the thick grey pads, but the thinner green pads are awful. Overall though still much easier with an applicator and squeegee.

This solution was just water with a little dish soap but you can just use purified water to

hmmmmm i am totally not satisfied of that "thing"...... this cant be the best solution. imagine using 30 pads a day....

don’t use it, this thing only works on cleaned windows / surfaces. This device is teaching us: mopping windows never works!
