This is my 2nd Keurig coffee maker of this model. kzread.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first worked fine for more than 2 years, and I could still get a decent cup of coffee out of it if I fiddled with it when I decided to replace it. The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong. I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help. So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it.

Hi Michael, The espresso is a short beverage, that is correct. You can customize the volume and strength setting. We bought this coffee machine and espresso is great. But with milk based coffee the milk temperature is only warm. Any tips on improving the milk temperature?

We found that if you set it to minimum froth the milk is not very warm. You need to turn the froth dial slightly up and you get hot milk. My wife is the coffee drinker and she gave it full stars yesterday... no more Starbucks!!

help with descaling please

Hi Andrea, I trust you have resolved the descaling question by now. You can always connect with a DeLonghi Tech Agent and they will go thru the steps with you over the phone, 1888 335 6644. Otherwise, the manual will have step by step guidelines for you. Once you activate the descaling cycle the unit will do the rest for you! You will need to monitor how full the cup gets, to ensure it wont over flow, thats all :) Ciao!
