Today's video is a compilation of recommended recipes using soy milk. Soy milk is cheap, nutritious and healthy. It can be used not only for drinking but also for many cooking purposes, so please take a look at this permanent collection. Among them, our family's staple is homemade oboro-dofu (homemade tofu). You can feel the sweetness of the beans so much that you can no longer eat the long-expired packaged tofu sold at the supermarket. It is super easy to make, so please give it a try. The mayonnaise is made with soy milk instead of eggs, but it is so realistic that you can't even tell. This mayonnaise is also great for those with children who are allergic to eggs. (Postscript) Our beloved cat, Mako, passed away at around 7:30 a.m. on February 13, 2023.
