Awesome review! I just bought this machine! Love it! except that water comes out not hot enough for tea? I have water temp setting set to 5. Any idea why?

Hi there, Please note that the machines hot water will be hot but not boiling hot like from a kettle. No machine will boil the water. For large volumes of hot water for tea, it is recommended to use a separate kettle. Having the unit on level 5 for hot water temp is the correct setting. Ciao for now.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and the questions. The Saeco Royal has 3 temperature settings. Keep the unit set to the highest temperate setting. It makes a delicious hot coffee or milk-based beverage. Thanks!

Hi there. Sorry for the late reply. This model is recommended for 50-60 beverage per day operations.
Can you put in pre ground coffee in it?

Hi Yash, Great question. There is no 'bypass chute' for preground coffee in this machine. Have a great day!
