I was able to upload multiple items from my phone just fine and thankfully did not have to do them one by one.

Everytime i download i dont get the .bin or .cue files? Have tried multiple websites but dont get the right files

Hola! Estuve investigando el motivo del audio que fallaba/ se cortaba etc. Después de mil intentos, en mi caso la solución fue CAMBIAR LA FRECUENCIA DEL APPLE TV de 50hz a 60hz. (Es decir que dejo por defecto la configuración de retroarch en 60 y cambio la configuración del Apple TV) Espero que les sea útil

Every time I open a game, it stutters and won’t load. I’m using the same core you suggested. Is my Apple TV too old? I got it in January 2021

I’m using Apple TV HD 2016, all the games I’ve tried ran flawlessly. Mainly PS1, Sega, GBA and NES roms

I saw a post that if your cache runs out, you can lose all your saves states on the Apple TV. Is it true?

"tvOS does not provide apps with a persistent storage area; instead, it allows for up to 500kb meant for configuration data. The disk space shown through the web UI is a cache space. If the OS needs to reclaim disk space, it will delete files from that cache space without warning. This includes state and saves! When this happens, you will immediately see that the appearance of RetroArch is wrong, as the assets will need to be re-downloaded." I haven't personally experienced this myself but it is possible.

Where are files been uploaded too..? A sever somewhere

It is uploaded to your Apple TV.

Does anyone have issues with the Apple TV deleting roms because it considers the data as cache and overwrites it so you have to reinstall the games again.
