You can continue with this book. There are a few errors in this book though. THis book is more for practice. If you want to study the concepts then please refer to textbooks.

Yes you can use this one, but you won't get 2020's exam question papers in this one.

@@sakshamchawla6791 IIFPT and NIFTEM are more or less the same in terms of faculties, packages and placements. If I was selected in both colleges, I'd select NIFTEM since it is closer to my home. IIFPT is older than NIFTEM and has good exposure to many workshops and seminars.

You can go for GATE but for ICAR it will depend on which exam you are talking about. I have a video where I talked about difference between ICAR exams and I recommend you to check them.

Muje BHU ka syllabus to abhi nhi pta Lekin food microbiology ke liye ye book nhi hai. Food microbiology ke liye aap William Frazier ki book - Food Microbiology pad skti hain.
