For all those wondering, 1. You need to use filter coffee (ground coffee beans powder), and not instant coffee like he did in video(you directly add INSTANT coffee to water, no need of machine for that.) 2. No, don't add milk to machine directly. cleaning hassle + milk may come out when heated. 3. no, this machine doesn't have frother or anything. It is a simple machine that drips hot water on filter coffee. 4. yes the bottom plate is warming plate. It keeps the carafe warm. You can keep the carafe on heating plate even after you run out of water. But don't keep it like that for more than 15-20mins. and don't do it often. 5. pour the coffee in a mug, and then u can add suger/milk whatever you want. like this so more people see this comment.

You are supposed to use ground coffee, not instant coffee for these types of machines.

I checked your video and around 3 minutes and 45th second you showed there will be no powder ...whether it will be empty or little amount of powder will settle in that part ? I am trying this machine now and little amount of powder settle in that part ...do I need to wait until the powder in the coffee part to get emptied?

I think you added less water that's why powder remained in that part.. And yes you have to wait till powder completely vapourised.

Isme coffee me se warm water ki vapours paas hoti hain aur wo vapours hi condensed form me cup me aati hain. Direct coffee aur water mix nahi hote.
