You can but it is not suggested, there is cleanser for different skin type so you will for sure fine one suitable for you. The cleanser works with the machine. If your own cleanser isn't thick enough too watery it won't work with the machine

Yes, it is! It can be used 2 times a day. Once in the morning and once at night. If you have sensitive skin there is a different cleaning head just for that skin type. i won't be using the firm head all the time. unless your skin is super thick. if you still have acne on cheek area after lumi spa try : switch to acne lumi cleanser do more hydration mask after lumi spa switch to dry lumi cleanser

it's a lot more gentle than I expected. I'm used to the clarisonic's super rough brush so I was worried this wasn't deep cleaning enough, but it actually feels quite clean afterwards. : )

ya it can be. it is very gentle on our skin so it should be fine. maybe change the cleanser to dry or sensitive. so the cleanser is not as strong

yes or you can do it in shower too. the machine is water proof just make sure if you do it while showering, you must use cool water to rise off your face DO NOT USE warm or hot water on face, as it makes your pores big and skin dry.

You can if you have a very dirty face or have make up on. Make sure if you go over 2 minutes add more of the Ageloc Cleaner so it is not just dry rubbing against your face. Add me on IG @thebenyim so I can help you with other questions =)

Yes it does remove the black head on the nose. I would recommend the hard cleaning head for that purpose. If you want to improve the eye bags and dark circles you will need to buy the additional lumi accent head for that purpose. what do you mean by wait? The whole treatment for the whole face is 2 mins only. After cleaning with the lumi spa you can just rinse with water and apply cream once face is dry.

Yes, you can. Just make sure that you have enough cleanser on the machine and on your face. If you don't have enough on it it will be too rough on your skin.

depending on the use. we suggest 2-3 months. although is silicon base with silver infuse so is less likely to have bacteria but it cleans better when the head is more fresh
