Good tutorial. I never did a deep dive into GMail before and didn't realize so many features were available. Truly an excellent tutorial. I like listening to it aa 75% Thanks Anson.

Very basic and straight to the point which is what I wanted. My only issue would be the size of the font as my mother is the one that I will have to go through this and it is small to read. I suppose we could adjust through the browser but since I am not with her I don't want here to learn yet another skill for now. Well done sir!

Same here. I just set up a Gmail account as a secondary to my Outlook and was clueless on how to use it. This vid explaining the label system made all the difference.

Thank you Anson, your video was very clear. My left column with the list of inbox, starred, etc sometimes disappears an take me a while click on to get it back; that feature was not in your tutorial, but overall was very good.

I created a gmail account years ago, yet continued to use my yahoo account (which is my maiden name from 18 years ago ;) because I just couldn't figure out gmail or how to make it work for me. I can't thank you enough for this! Primary email is Yahoo and I'm used to that interface and its features. Coming to Gmail was like stepping onto an alien planet 8-o I only use Gmail for a few business purposes but I've shied away because it was so confusing.
