Loads of information. I have been using Gmail for years and thought it to be cumbersome; until I viewed two of your videos and realized it was quite powerful. One just has to take/find the time to study its potential.

Gmail has been stressing me out recently, I don't find it very intuitive (I prefer the older and simpler inbox with folders option). But this has made it a bit easier to understand. I'll set up some labels and filters and see if I can get my inbox organised, thank you.

Great video and thanks so much for the information. How does one get the category of purchases within the GMail sidebar? At this time, I can only add the following query within the search field "category:puirchases" to get the list of purchases. This option appears to be missing from the settings.

Wonderful lecture. I was an outlook user and I am wondering: how in gmail can I save the contents of an incoming mail as a file in the file system of my computer. Outlook has a feature "save as".

Hi Earl, if you click BCC when you are drafting an email and start typing the names of the contacts, they will be BCC'd instead of regular copied. As long as the email is next to the BCC field in the address line, that will work.
