How do I share the Individual non admin access to our team in order form them to login to their individual ID's? Also, can I add restrictions to the user as per their job roles?

Yes correct. Freshsales is the CRM branch of Freshworks.

@@StewartGauld I am on the 21 day trial version for Pro and I want to change it to the Free version so I clicked on "Change" and it does not take me to a screen where I can change it. It takes me to the Neo Admin Center and I can't find where to change it
