    I don't know how natutal sleep is like. People think i sleep and unable to tell but obviously i know my body my braim is active at night No one would believe I've tried bath and shower it wakes me up more

    I’ve had sleep issues from a very young age where I would sleep walk - I get under 4-6 hours sleep per night and that’s interrupted 2-3 times, not good and it’s no wonder i’m unable to lose weight

    I've had sleep issues for the last 6yrs. Recently the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically once I started early morning walk (before 6am for best quality air) and practicing deep breathing. I feel that when we breathe deeply (in sleep) the muscles become relaxed and thereby allowing charging of mind and body. On the other hand shallow breathing will result in insomnia and reduced sleep quality in which one experiences nightmares resulting in insufficient charging.

    @@anantsky thanks for sharing - I’ve started deep breathing through the day and prior to sleep - also undertaking more physical exercise and that is also helping - though the onset of recent vertigo episodes have not helped at all

    @@gloriasaliba3395 According to Nature Cure the cause of all illnesses is waste matter. The solution is to remove that. I'd suggest to do 21 days juice fast + enema twice daily to cleanse the body. After that consume 80% raw food for life. Please have mercy on yourself and read books on Naturecure. All your problems will become air.

    I've got chronic insomnia due to torture trauma from family Don't sleep at all at night on medicine sleep tablet No one would believe how I'm surviving. I can't do anything don't feel t9 go exercise or anything
