I use clippercide spray for scissors, trimmers and all other metal tools. for all other plastic tools i use Turkish lemon cologne spray, 80% alcohol!

Thank you! Very helpful! One question. I have a couple of vintage razors that I've cleaned and now want to immerse in Barbacide. (I have some on order). Should each be soaked separately? Or is it okay to throw both in at the same time?

I never new that about the jar. But can you leave the instruments in the barbicide at all times and do you have to rinse each one individually?

When do you have to dispose of the barbicide is it like every 5 days or something like that?

Do you throw away the barbicide mixture once the 10 mins are up?

no!! it can be used multiple times - rinse off all the items you place in the jar - replace barbercide once it goes cloudy - so it could be one to three days

How long can I have the same solution there for should I change it everyday?

Do they use Barbacide in the UK? They certainly don't here in Australia.

Engen Kowabunga at the very least everyday, or more if it becomes visibly dirty ,which it shouldn't because you're supposed to wash your tools with soap and water before you immerse them

Why not use the same measurement cup for both the water and the Barbicide?

Kinda of, as lit acts lift/scoop for the tools you place in it, if you referring to the barbers 💈 jar

its says Barbicide.

Barbercide is for combs,guards and holders not blades. Blades will end up rusting if used long term. Get Andis 7 in 1 for the blades.
