Do you have a firmware file for the apple carplay feature i only have android auto

I have just bought a Torres , it has Andriod Drive and Apple Carplay so a software update must have taken place- but I have lot so issues with the software , needs more software updates as units wrong, fuel guage not reading anything , radio doesnt play unless I change requency etc

Is useless
