How To Use an Induction Motor With Permanent Magnets For Free Energy Projects

Ғылым және технология

Don’t spend money on expensive generators to use in your windmill or on any hydro electric project to harvest free energy. It can be an old induction motor from say a swamp cooler or any other induction motor that was about ready to be thrown out. The core of the motor can be modified and permanent magnets can be installed instead to become a permanent magnet generator to harness electrical energy for your house or to store energy in deep cycle batteries for later usage or emergency. Here is one video we made about that subject, we might make another video about the same subject. One thing to point out is that one needs to count the number of coils in the stator and the number of magnets needs to be the same based on the number of coils. The permanent magnets need to alternate: north, south, north, south so that alternating current (AC) can be generated. This is a tutorial on how to convert an induction motor into a free energy alternating current (AC) generator.

Nice work Daniel! Add a bridge rectifier and a voltage dump load triggered at ~13.8V, and you can charge your deep cycle batteries as you mention above. Wind, Hydro or hook up to bicycle and you have great emergency power. Thank you for the video, I like the way that you designed and made the new rotor! 👍

Now you can couple this in a magnet motor synchronously to your generator. You can put heavy duty capacitor to store enrgy. Be noted of the frequency should be synchronously in gearing by mechanical.

GeneReddington ....Well This project gets thumbs up , let me add a comment ,Please check the windings are made of copper wire and not alloy like used in lots of motors today .Even squirrel cage motors like the one in the video come with alloy windings . China wind motors with alloy wire colored like copper but uses two inches of copper wire joined to each end of each coil . What you will find is that sticking magnets in want get a bean out of them , Some motors will gen to some degree before being modified , But alloy windings don't work with permanent magnets . So while hunting for motors for experiments think alloy and steer clear . Best take a small file rat tail type and just take a bit of insulation of the actual winding to make sure its copper colour and not alloy .... silvery grey . So this guy has got it right so thumbs up not like the dam fakers all over youtube ?

Thanks for posting such an informative video I was converting my old alternator to PMA. I was under the impression the more number of teeth I have the more power full generator can get for this reason I replace 12 alternator teeth with 24 permanent magnets 1st I tried with 12 N, S pole magnet I was able to get a car indicator light bulb lit up on a high RPM but as soon as I add 12 more magnets I was expecting more AC current generated from low RPM as you are getting but I didn't, I didn't know what has gone wrong I was thinking I might have damaged internal wiring of Alternator but from your written description today I understand the number of magnets has to be equal to the number of coils The magnet I was using they are N50 13kg pull as you can imagine the nightmare I have gone through to keep all 24 of them next to each other all 24 are glued and buried in epoxy I don't think I can get them out without any damage but I like the magnet and the ideal you are using can you please post a link to where you bought your magnets from and what type and pull force they are Thanks

Hi. Anytime you are making a PMA you have to make sure you arent over saturating the core material. When they make BLDC motors they calculate it usually just below saturation so the flux is able to leave the core (usually at a given rpm range) when over saturated you wont get the same output. He does a neat build. Ive 3d printed rotors that have slots just for the magnets to slide into while not having to worry about securing it. 3d printer rotor also is easy to turn down later for more roundness once you get it the right size to be able to press onto a shaft. In my case, was a 1/2 D shaft.
