Do you have any thoughts on the cost of a unit. I want to measure reducing sugars of different mashes in a professional distillery. Just trying to cook the grain and get the highest levels of sugar. I see Amazon models for sale as cheap as a couple hundred dollars, units in the $1500 range and then $6000+ range. I am not doing research just relative concentration of reducing sugars that would be repeatable. Thanks in advance.
