How To Use a Combat Tomahawk - Behind the Scenes

Ойын-сауық

** This video is intended for educational & entertainment purposes only. **
The Kalihawk is a new product set to be released by RMJ Tactical, the premiere source for combat and tactical tomahawks. Here Doug Marcaida, designer of the Kalihawk demonstrates how knife fighting principles easily translate to combat tomahawks.
While modern day tomahawks have many tactical applications such as breaching and climbing - Doug Marcaida's design brings the tomahawk back to its original intended design - for combat. Design considerations such as removing the "tip" allows for the tool to be used for multiple strikes without fear of lodging it into flesh or bone matter. The smaller, optimally balanced design is perfectly adapted for CQB scenarios as it greatly reduces weight allowing for the operator to carry it without overloading.
The Kalihawk is set for release soon and can be purchased at: www.rmjtactical.com

The Original Vietnam combat tomahawk had spikes in line with the handle. It made the Talon a formidable stabbing weapon, also. Somehow it got lost on the way back to the united states. They were made in-country by auto shops in the motor pool out of suspension bars.
