How to use 4-in-1 compressor, include there parts, how to use for the first time, daily use, some vulnerable parts for the compressor.
When you use the compressor for the first time, you need to do the following 4 step:
1. Check if there is any anything inside the compressor, such as the maintenance filter we put inside before shipping.
2. Check if the compressor oil level is in the right place?
3. Connect the power supply, 380v has three live wires and one neutral wire, 220v has three live wires. After you connect to power, If the controller has a phase sequence error, you need to change the order of the wires.
4. After connect to power, first Start the dryer for about 5 minutes, then start the compressor.
Daily use,
1. Use it for at least 1 hour each time, otherwise it will damage the air end and emulsify the oil inside. When you use just a little air, you need to drain the water in this barrel regularly until the oil appears.
2. You need to use air gun to blow the dust in the inside the compressor, too much dust will cause blockage inside the compressor.
3. The filter (air filter, oil filter, oil separator, precision filter ) and lubricating oil need to be replaced regularly, first 500 hours, and then every 2500 hours.
4. When you don’t use the compressor, The oil level should kept between the two red lines, or a little above. Because when the compressor start, the oil will enter the pipe, when the air compressor is running for a while, the oil level will drop a little. Also need to check the oil level frequently. Because When the oil level is too low, the compressor will cause high temperature because lack of oil.
5. The air tank needs to be drained regularly, you can add an automatic drain valve, for the precision filter also the same, or you need to drain the water manually (These are extra, if you need these you can buy from us)
About vulnerable parts.
For dealer customers, you need to have some vulnerable parts in stock, such as the controller (we can make language in: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese), air intake valve, minimum pressure valve, temperature sensor (this one is easy to be damaged, the temperature showed on the controller will be incorrect), pressure sensor, oil return check valve, the pad in the coupling, electric drain valve of the dryer.
