Yo so i am having a problem adding in the tags for the track details i type in the artist name and it wont let me and it says i need one or more tags or something even tho i typed in the name 9 mins 10 secs that where the problem is for me and i am almost certain i put typed evrything right its just not letting me add tags and i cannot post it appreiscte a feedback im having trouble posting my beat

You just have to stop selling the lease after you sell the exclusive. Everyone who bought the exclusive gets to keep using it until their limit runs out. So most contracts have either time limits or stream limits on a lease. All you have to do is take the track off of beat leasing once the exclusive sells. Anyone who bought a lease keeps that until it runs out.

Why did you leave 1 tag on the untagged version?

Would you advise on getting a business LLC before one starts selling beats up on beatstars? Of course sales aren't promised it's the work,craft, and time you put in. Gotta give the people what they want. Plenty of people in the world with money willing to buy let's get it.

i dont have enough knowledge about LLCs to give you that answer i confidence, BUT I wouldn't wait for an LLC to start selling beats

Bro i need help. After im chancing prices on the license Tap it’s not saving it. So if i go to my beat on my phone for example the beat shows the old price and people can only it with the old price on it. Why is that? And also some beats are not even getting uploaded. It shows 404 error then.

You can choose what license you want to give out. You can charge more for a license that provides stems.

Same issue here..

this was great n clarified some stuff preciate it. one lil thing was with the loop part. that section was specifically to give credit to whoever made that loop, not to assign royalties. its wild to not only skip that because its "royalty free" , but to also post you doing that in an advice video for other people to follow suit. giving credit is free especially if the loop is royalty free and the original maker isnt trying to take your profits. in the same way you wanna put the tag in the beginning on the untagged version for "branding and marketing" itd be good to also offer that oppurtunity to the people who make the stuff that inspired and made your beat possible. jus my thoughts...i did like the video overall tho good work.

lol someone can steal your stuff either way tho... they can take your chord progressions, keys, drum patterns and just remake it and even make it sound the exact same. heck with ai now you can send it to this one app that does it all for you in like 30secs. thats why i think its pointless to add that many tags i would just add one tag cause multiple tags gets annoying for the artist and they don't wanna even work on it before they buy which = less sales. i know i'ma skip over a beat that has too many tags on it can't even hear myself think.
