Hey so if I have no Spotify claimed or no music live do I click not live and does the same go with the others but worried I’ll do the wrong thing for my first ever release

If this is your first release you won’t have a spotify account to claim.
If I'm uploading for the first time and I don't have Spotify or any other accounts, do I need some kind of license file or something?

You don’t need any type of licensing file. you just need your music and your artwork.
Do I have to pay the yearly fee if I want to do the "leave a legacy" feature?

If I’m uploading on Spotify how does it know what account to use, or does it create one for you im a little confused

using distrokid to get your music to spotify means you will have a profile created if you don’t already have a spotify profile. If you have a spotify profile then they will ask you to connect to that existing account
Do I have to add lyrics to my songs?

if you want people to find you better online it’s a good idea to add lyrics.
Can I upload AI generated songs
